[OzzModz] Move Banned Email Block To Top 2.0.0

Get to the block quickly​

Simple addon that moves the "Add email ban" block on the "Banned emails " page in the ACP to the top. By default, the block is at the bottom of the page, causing you to scroll to get to the block.
